  • 2 teaspoons biryani masala powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands


Preparing the Chicken


In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, biryani masala powder, and lemon juice.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat them evenly.


Preparing the Rice
